Following government advice, The Farm Factory is temporarily moving to a mostly home based staff rota. This email will outline our strategy moving forward as we take priority in ensuring the safety of our staff and clients.

We assure you that we will try our upmost to keep everything running as normal, part of our business as usual strategy is that we are aiming to always have one person in the office to man the phones, this means that you should still only be a phone call away from us in the event of an emergency regarding your website.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. this will send your request directly to a member of staff, who will be able to effectively manage the issue and stay in contact with you throughout the process of sorting it.

To any clients with ongoing website builds or maintenance contracts we want to reassure you that our projects will carry on as normal, and we will try our hardest to keep to any existing schedules and deadlines.
